Lancashire Growth Plan

The Lancashire Growth Plan outlines the county's economic growth ambitions and priorities for the next ten years whereby local leaders, businesses, academia and investors will work together to transform the region into a global leader in innovation, inward investment and economic resilience.  A central theme of the Growth Plan is to augment Lancashire's already significant capabilities in defence and security, with a planned investment pipeline of £22bn to develop our already considerable assets and capabilities.
